What happens after I buy?

What happens immediately after purchase?

Your customer account is created automatically, the selected system is installed, and your login instructions are sent. Complete the Launch My Website survey to provide your company information, pricing, service area, branding and policies. Follow-Up and KPON AI customers then complete one additional setup survey for their communication and AI features.

Does Tier 1 include a real working website?

Yes. Launch is a complete customer-facing website package with service pages, a pricing calculator, lead-generation assets, a booking experience, basic notifications and hosting. It is not a temporary trial or intentionally limited landing page.

What is the difference between Tier 2 and Tier 3?

Tier 2 automates replies, reminders, follow-up, reviews and pipeline movement, but you still handle the live conversations. Tier 3 adds AI chat, text and phone coverage that can answer questions, qualify leads, assist with booking and escalate to a person when required.

Will AI give customers a final price?

No unauthorized final price is promised. The AI follows the pricing authority configured for your business. It can explain the minimum charge, discuss general load ranges, collect details and guide the customer toward an on-site estimate or booking.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. All three tiers use the same website foundation, so Follow-Up or the AI Booking System can be added without rebuilding the public site.

What does the one-time activation fee cover?

Follow-Up activation covers workflow configuration, calendar and form verification, missed-call recovery, reminders, follow-up, pipeline setup, notifications and testing. AI Booking activation includes those items plus AI chat, text and phone configuration, knowledge and escalation rules, testing, a customized website launch and one post-launch revision round.

What happens if I upgrade later?

Launch customers pay the activation fee for the tier they add. A Follow-Up customer upgrading to AI Booking pays only the $200 difference between the two activation fees, rather than paying both fees again.

Are phone, text and AI usage included?

The monthly plan covers the software package described above. Phone, SMS and AI usage are separate unless an allowance is specifically shown during checkout. Full messaging and phone activation may also require business verification and configuration.
